Is haftarah included?
Yes. The Bar/Bat Theater Pack includes the haftarah for your parashah plus any linked special readings. The adult library plan includes haftarot and special readings (holidays, Rosh Chodesh, and more) across the full catalog as we publish them.
Billing & accounts
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes for the Library plan once billing is live—cancel monthly or annual anytime from your account. The Bar/Bat Theater Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Checkout is not live yet; no charges today and prices here are a preview.
What if I have both a subscription and a one-time Bar/Bat portion purchase?
While your subscription is active, you get the full library (torah aliyot, haftarot, and special readings (holidays, rosh chodesh, and more) across the catalog). Your one-time bar/bat portion purchase stays on your account if you cancel the subscription.

How do refunds and guarantees work?
Bar/Bat Mitzvah families
Complete 8+ Theater Mode sessions (Listen → Chant → Trop test → Tikkun, one pasuk per session) within 30 days of purchase. A session counts when you finish all four steps on at least one pasuk in the app—any time of day. For Bar/Bat families: if it doesn't replace the stress of chaotic practice and give them clear, trackable confidence, email us from your purchase confirmation for a full refund on your parashah pack. We only win if they stand tall on their big day.
Ongoing learners (Library plan)
Annual plan: cancel anytime. Complete 8+ Theater Mode sessions (Listen → Chant → Trop test → Tikkun, one pasuk per session) within 30 days of purchase. A session counts when you finish all four steps on at least one pasuk in the app—any time of day. If, after 8+ Theater Mode sessions in your first 30 days, the loop still doesn't beat unstructured practice, email us from your purchase confirmation for a refund of your first payment only.
Schools & synagogues
No consumer refund rule. We like 6-week pilots with a defined success metric—for example fewer mid-aliyah resets or clearer home-practice targets. No custom engineering required to prove the core loop. Seat quotes, invoicing, and DPAs are finalized in contracting; consumer checkout is separate.
Can one subscription cover multiple kids?
At launch, one Library subscription covers one learner's progress space. A second child needs their own Library plan—or their own Bar/Bat Theater Pack when they're preparing a reading. We're planning household billing at $34/mo ($299/yr) with separate progress for each learner; that is not available at launch. For organized groups, ask about institution seats.
What should I tell families about pricing?
For one Bar/Bat portion, point them to the lifetime Bar/Bat plan on the pricing page. For a paper plan before checkout, send the free Prep Kit OS—calendar, parent script, and your spot-check sheet.
What if my synagogue or school pays for access?
If a school or synagogue is buying seats for your student group, institution assignment and contract terms govern access for that program.
