- Week 1: Load the roster, confirm devices, run the demo, and agree on one success metric.
- Weeks 2–5: Students practice between lessons; educators use short weekly progress check-ins.
- Week 6: Review participation, readiness, and educator feedback; decide whether to expand.

We like 6-week pilots with a defined success metric—for example fewer mid-aliyah resets or clearer home-practice targets. No custom engineering required to prove the core loop.
What is not included in the pilot
- Custom curriculum or content authoring
- Replacing your LMS, SIS, tutors, or teachers
- A full-school rollout before the pilot is reviewed
